The success of this program is due to the volunteer efforts of the Matrix employees who have agreed to pick up trash four times each year. #### Boy Scouts of America Matrix Integration is a proud sponsor of the [Boy Scouts of America; Buffalo Trace Council,](https://www.buffalotracecouncil.org/) that serves youth in 15 Southwestern Indiana and Southeastern Illinois counties. For 75 years the[ Boy Scouts of America](https://www.scouting.org/) has had a great influence on families and boys in the local area, and Matrix is proud to be a part of this tradition. #### Cancer Research Matrix Integration is an active supporter of several cancer research organizations. Matrix employees volunteer their own time to participate in company sponsored events with benefits going directly to the organization. Matrix’s Relay for Life team, the Matrix Shining Stars, participates in fundraising activities throughout the year and the annual Relay for Life event, designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money for research and programs of the [American Cancer Society](https://www.cancer.org/). Matrix is also a sponsor of the [Dubois County Leukemia Association](https://www.facebook.com/DuboisCountyLeukemiaAssociation/), participating in their annual benefit dance and auction. #### Redevelop Old Jasper Action Coalition (ROJAC) Matrix Integration is a cabinetmaker annual sponsor for [ ROJAC](https://jasperin.org) , an idea cultivated in 2003 through the foresight, enthusiasm and positive attitude of Dave Buehler. Mr. Buehler, along with the ROJAC Board and City of Jasper, has collaborated to develop the area along the Patoka River at the 3rd Street bridge that will enhance the old part of the city. These developments will be in addition to the Riverwalk, Buehler Plaza and Gazebo; all in an effort to build economic development through tourism. #### Mentors for Youth Matrix Integration strongly supports making a positive difference in the lives of children and youth and aids in this effort through the work of the Mentors for Youth. #### Local Schools, Sports, and Parish Matrix Integration supports our local schools, sports, and parish in many ways throughout the year.
