Keith most recently served as President of the U.S. Midwest Division at New Era Technology, where he led a team of over 295 professionals across seven branch locations, overseeing annual revenue exceeding $100 million. His strategic vision and hands-on leadership contributed to significant organizational growth and market expansion. Prior to this, Keith was Chief Operating Officer at ESCO Communications, where he enhanced efficiency, improved customer satisfaction, and managed key operational and financial objectives.
Keith’s career foundation includes leadership roles in the construction industry at Gaylor Electric, where he managed large-scale projects for high-profile clients. His technical expertise spans programming languages like C#, VBA, and SQL, as well as advanced tools such as ConnectWise, Power BI, and AI platforms like ChatGPT.
Keith’s commitment to lifelong learning is reflected in his certifications as a Journeyman Electrician, AVIXA CTS, and CTS-D, along with multiple technology manufacturer credentials. His innovative mindset has driven the development of internal tools that optimize processes and reduce costs, benefiting both clients and organizations.
Originally from Jasper, IN, Keith currently resides in Paoli, IN, with his wife of 35 years, Janet. Together, they enjoy spending time with their family, including their son Randy, their daughter Kelly, and their granddaughter Charlotte. In his free time, Keith is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and shooting.
